Production & Shipping times
Most of our pieces are ready for fast delivery (1-5 working days). However, being a small production brand that uses manual processes, we have a limited ready-to-ship stock. This also follows our sustainable approach to production, avoiding any possible waste. If we don't have your product ready-to-ship we will contact you within 24h after purchase.
Personalised and Custom Rings
For personalised pieces and custom ring sizes, we have a made-to-order policy - after you place your order in our shop, items will go into production and you can expect it to be shipped from our studio within 7-10 business days from the date your order was placed.
If you need your jewellery shipped sooner, please, don’t hesitate to contact us, as we will try our best to respond to your request, according to the amount of orders we might be dealing with at the time of the order. We will always be available to resolve any issue and streamline the entire ordering process. Each piece of jewellery comes packed in our signature boxes, sustainably produced with elements made out of food waste.
"Sold Out Products"
When a product is “sold out”, we are waiting on supplies but we will be back soon, so please leave your email and product reference on the contact page, so we can notify you when it's made available again.
Returns and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your purchased items, please contact us with your order number and you will receive a return address. Items must be returned within 2 weeks from delivery date. Once the items are returned to us in their original condition (including packaging), you will receive a refund. Please note, an item can only be returned if in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition and it must not show any marks of use. If the item to be returned fails to meet all of the conditions stated, the return will not be accepted and therefore the refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
As we are an independent small business, shipping charges for returns and exchanges are non refundable if you're out of Portugal. Any shipping or transport charges (both return and exchange) will not be returned. For any amount, the value of the new shipment falls within the buyer's responsibility.
Please note that personalised items and custom made rings are not eligible for return, these items are considered final sale, unless defective or if your size is within standard S,M,L sizes.

Please check your size carefully before ordering by referring to our ring size chart. If you are unsure of your ring size, you can get your fingers sized at most local jewellery stores.
Our jewellery have a 1 year guarantee for maintenance and cleaning. Please keep your receipt with you so we can confirm your order date. For any questions regarding repair and maintenance, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Make sure you write your address correctly, once the order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Delivery of the goods to the customer is carried out by third-party providers. The delivery costs vary according to the delivery destination, please see shipping fees on checkout.
