        The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer within www.esquiveljewellery.com, referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or "esquivel." brand throughout these Terms and Conditions, at the www.esquiveljewellery.com website (Online Shop).

        By using www.esquiveljewellery.com and/or placing an order, you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions, which you should read carefully before placing any orders on our Online Shop. From time to time we may modify the Terms and Conditions if necessary, and the version that will apply to your order will be the one on the website (Online Shop) at the time of the placing of your order. If you do not agree to any updates or changes to the Terms and Conditions, then please  refrain from using the website and placing any orders.

        Access to the website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide or restrict access to some parts of the website without notice. We will not take responsibility if, for any reason, the website (Online Shop) is unavailable at any time or for any period.

        Any personal data and other information provided by you is processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing any such personal data or other information, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

        If you choose, or if you are provided with a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Customer Terms.

        Orders

        When placing your order, the customer agrees and accepts the general conditions of sale, prices and descriptions of the items in question.

        Due to our sustainable approach to production, we have a made-to-order policy. After you place your order in our shop, items will go into production and you can expect it to be shipped within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends) from the date your order was placed.

        If you need your jewellery shipped sooner, please, don’t hesitate to contact us before placing your order, as we will try our best to respond to your request, according to the amount of orders we might be dealing with at the time of the order. Each piece of jewellery comes packed in our signature boxes, sustainably produced with elements made out of food waste.

        Payment Methods

        We use Stripe payments as method for all orders. You can make the payment via Stripe using debit card or credit card. Payment will be deducted from your account when you place your order. All prices shall be shown in the base currency of our Online Shop (euro). The prices displayed on the website do not include a delivery charge, which is subject to the shipping address and the selected shipping method. The delivery cost is clearly indicated during the check-out process.

        Delivery arrangements

        esquivel. will take the greatest of care to be as efficient as possible when receiving and dispatching orders. Delivery of the goods to the customer is carried out by third-party providers. The delivery costs vary according to the delivery destination. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details and shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout.

        Import regulations and duty

        esquivel. is not responsible for any duty charges that may result from customs regulations in the country of destination. Please check the customs regulations in the country where you receive the shipment before ordering. From the moment the shipment is received by the courier service, all responsibility is assumed by the delivery service, and esquivel. is exempt from liability related to possible delays in terms of shipment, delivery time, and damage to the package content resulting from transport.

        Returns

        If you wish to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund of any cancellable item purchased through the Online Shop (see Shipping & Returns page for a description of non-cancellable items), please contact us at info@esquiveljewellery.com, in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges policy. Once the return or cancellation has been completed, we will refund the purchase.
